need a ride to the Vet or Groomer? Moxie’s Pet Service offers
a wide variety of care for your pets. I custom tailor services
that meet your exact needs, whether service for a two-week vacation,
or just a mid day walk for Rover.
Imagine having
a reliable, trustworthy friend who knows you, your pet, and your
personal household issues. Kennels are expensive, traumatic, cramped,
loud, and don't guarantee your pet is receiving enough exercise
or TLC. Leaving your pet at home protects him/her from spread
of illness/disease and enforces your home security. Newspapers,
houseplants, and lighting adjustments will all be taken care of
during your absence in addition to the love and care of your furry
family member. Everyone can use a helping hand! Everyone deserves
the security and affordability of leaving the house knowing your
pet is loved, exercised, socialized, and safely waiting your return.
Imagine the changes in your pet's temperament with play and companionship
while you are away. Upon you’re return you will be greeted
by a healthy, happy pet. Moxie’s is your remedy!
There truly
is "No Place Like Home," and I believe this is true
for our pets. So, whether you are traveling or just working long
hours, contact me and I will visit with your animal(s) in the
comfort of their own home. And you can rest assured that they
will be loved, cuddled, and cared for as if they were my own loved
ones. Pet owners refer to me as “Aunt Tamara” or their
pets’ “girlfriend.”
Just to give
you an overview of what you can expect to get when you contract
with Moxie’s Pet Service:
Consultation
Free (one
hour).
Together
we will plan a visit schedule that is beneficial to you and your
pet(s). Special needs or circumstances will be taken into consideration
to provide the best care for your pet(s) as well as the safety
of your home. Additional visit(s)- $10 each.
Pet
Sitting
- $18 per
visit (30-40 min) walk/play included
- $32 per
two visits per day (30-40 min each) walk/play included
- $45 per
three visits per day (30 min, each)
- $65 per
overnight (14 hours) usually 7 pm to 9 am
- $10 if
you want to add an afternoon walk to your overnight visit
Routine
Visits
- $10-$15
per daily dog walks/play/potty-breaks (15-30 min)
- Additional
Services:
- $25 per
hour for pet taxi to vet or groomer, or for shopping for pet
supplies (food, Rx’s)
- $15 per
half-hour—also includes any errands such as dry cleaning,
pharmacy, groceries, etc.
- Never be
afraid to ask "WILL YOU DO a certain task?" because
more than likely, somebody has already asked the question.
Additional
fees and discounts
- +$5 per
holiday visit (New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday,
Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
- Vacation
Special: 10% off for daily services after 7th day of job (up
to 7 days)
- SNIP Special:
$5 off your 1st visit to homes with pets that are spayed and/or
neutered.
- For additional
distances, I charge $.38/each mile over 10 miles to & from
my office (78748). I service South Austin. I am willing to go
outside my service area when my schedule permits. Zip codes
in my service area: 78739, 78748, and 78749.
You have the
comfort of knowing Moxie’s is insured and certified with
the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS)
I’m also animal CPR/First Aid certified as well as certified
in Pet Massage Therapy
The most important
thing to keep in mind is that I am a pet owner too, and I know
what it feels like to leave my “babies” and my house
keys in the care of someone else.
